How We Can Help
One-on-One Coaching
Coachees will design specialized solutions as they work through our “Ignite” leadership coaching framework. They will walk away from each session with a clear action step to complete before the next meeting.
Group Mastermind Calls
All coachees are enrolled in a small group Mastermind that meets on a regular basis. This is a great complement to the one-on-one coaching sessions and gives coachees an opportunity to connect and find support from others in a similar stage of life..
Members-Only Leadership Resources
Each week, coachees will receive an email resource written by Clear Path’s Founder and President, Brady Ross, designed to reinforce key concepts discussed in the “Ignite” coaching framework, including confidence, purpose, productivity, and leadership development.
Team Workshops
Clear Path coaches are experienced facilitators who are available to speak to teams of all sizes. Popular workshop topics include Brady’s books (“Seven Steps to Dominate Your Day and Crush Your Goals” and “Motivation for Regular People”) and “The Six Types of Working Genius,” based on Patrick Lencioni’s book and assessment tool.
ICF-Accredited Coach Training
Clear Path Leadership believes in the power of coaching as demonstrated by the International Coaching Federation’s definition and core competencies. We partner with Coach Approach to deliver ICF-accredited coach training for aspiring coaches.
