Typically, the client chooses based on their preference. Most of my current coaching clients are virtual, but I enjoy occasional in-person meetings with clients in the Oklahoma City area at their office or favorite coffee shop.

Yes, I don't sell packages with less than ten sessions. This is a reflection of my belief that true transformation takes time and can't happen in just a few meetings.
If you're interested in coaching but not ready to commit to a full ten-session package, I encourage you to sign up for a complimentary strategy session to see what coaching is like. -
For individuals, ten one-hour coaching sessions cost $1,500. This includes all additional assessments and materials, as well as unlimited text check-ins between sessions.

Coaching is a collaborative process that requires commitment and active participation from both coach and client. While progress depends on the effort invested by both parties, I am fully dedicated to supporting your success.
If, by the end of your coaching engagement, you have actively participated and we haven’t met the agreed-upon goals, I will provide additional sessions at no extra charge until we achieve the desired outcomes, ensuring we reach the results you’re striving for.
